Here are the details: Notifications in January 10% overall target in NA NA employees recently classified as "offsite" in PH being reviewed and scrutinized individually, target is 50% of those Senior engineering leadership discussed too many exemptions to 4 day policy All depts will be affected, software depts moreso. Reduction in areas camera, graphics and AI anticipated General SW work for premium classification is being noticed. Will eliminate those positions. Comprehensive review of Sr director and principal levels. Overall consensus is too much management Lower paid PgM will fill in role of organizational management done by sr eng dir level

Expect at least 2 layoffs a year till CA reaches a goal of 80% of company in low cost region.
