Manager scheduled a meeting

What does that mean to have a meeting with a skip manager while having a person from hr? What should I ask or do during the meeting?

Instructing a lawyer will just cost you more money. Good luck and post back with you big new hike settlement

I instructed a lawyer and negotiated an increased settlement, do not take HR's word on this, you deserve better (and more)

Re: “No negotiations”, nice try HR, but you can always ask to negotiate. If you make your point that a little negotiation will prevent a possible lawsuit or class-action lawsuit on a particular specific point, they will talk.

HR sends you a pdf file 200 pages or more highlighting everything. You can still apply for jobs before separation date

No negotiations. You will be offered a settlement and it's a final offer

Can I negotiate on the severance package? Or will it be done separately?

Nothing you can do. You should
Be ready for news that you are going and be prepared to ask questions about what you can get from it.
