We are reduced to only what we can and are willing to take on, including multiple roles and crazy targets, only to be kicked out at the first next redundancy party. Cisco stopped investing in employees. Market rewarding layoffs is just another incentive for now established toxic treatment of workers. This doesn’t even resemble the company I once started working for.

It's not like anyone unlocked the doors of burning factories back in the day, and once we get rid of all those pesky regulations we will go back to those days. The age of entitlement is over.
