Elliott need to hire new CEO and ELT . Look at ELT background who has strong oil and gas experience or P66 culture ? Tractor boy who talked about culture pushed WEP he will go after sites and they are using a fancy name now instead 😊. He will get hefty pay until he jumps to his next gig or we get bought out by other company
P66 sat on a wall.
P66 had a great fall.
All the CEO's consultants and all the CEO's YES men
Couldn't put P66 together again.
Retaliation. Retaliation. Retaliation. HR and ethics needs to update their training. ELT needs better training / improved ways to weed out the bad ones. I would say go to L&D for that…but they never listened to people that were experts in that space. Now that most of them are out and contractors in to be yey sayers. Advise to those remaining: get out, if you don’t get out yourself, layoffs are coming. I’m hoping I’m one of them this time around.
My takeaways from the townhall:
- Mention of this site left me feeling like he was starting drama. No need to address the site to the entire company
- People don’t go to HR or Ethics because they don’t trust them to resolve the issue. Honestly I’ve seen and been a part of a few of these in my career and saw a lady keep her job after making fun of someone’s disability. She pointed the finger back at the person who filed the claim for bullying and the person who made the claim was told that they could move her to another cube and was told she was disgruntled. Another time I saw an ethics complaint be taken (looked like it would actually be taken seriously) and zero feedback given to the multiple people who were interviewed and the person that filed the complaint was part of a recent layoff.
- Raises, promotions, and SRAs are not being given. I haven’t gotten a promotion in 6 years dispute being told I deserve and have earned one.
- This townhall left more people disgruntled. I understand they are trying, but it feels like they are covering for each other at the top, taking their big VCIPs while the rest of us are scraping by doing excellent work and not being rewarded properly.
Do better ELT. Be better.
Go Go Go is part of a P66 branded fuel sales campaign.
Somewhere along the line someone pinned the name Gogo on the CEO.
As someone else said, people post about bad actors here because
A: They're worried about retaliation
B: Bad actors have been reported, investigated and are still around being sh---y, so what's the point?
The L&D organization created almost two years ago by BT is a model of these statements. Such a damaging organization. Damaging to people in the organization, damaging to any useful work being completed. What a circus, loaded with bad actors. One part of the organization had multiple HR and Ethics complaints by multiple people and NOTHING WAS DONE. People went all the way up to HR ELT. Over and over and over again. NOTHING WAS DONE.
This is why people are leaving and want nothing to do with P66.
Can someone tell me what “Go-go” is the name that was landed on here for the CEO?
I am with others - please let us be bought out soon (not merge…we want the C-suite cleaned out!)
There is a LOT of money to be had here, we just need people who value people and are not id--ts.
OEIA—-what are the new changes and why were they needed?
GoGo is an id--t. He has no tangible plans to improve the business which would in turn improve morale. It’s like watching the democrats in the election. Lots of talk about change but nothing of substance as to what is going to be changed.
For those of us who missed this spectacle, who and why did Go-Go bring up the layoff website? It's like pouring gasoline on a fire that is low morale. If people weren't ticked off before, they will be now.

It is not BT! Should instead be RT (red tape)!!
It took a year to change two verbs in OEIA. BT I have some new ideas on where to find Corporate bloat.
@1pic+1vtNriuz, I hope you're right. Many dedicated and hardworking employees were affected by layoffs this year.
Why have posts been deleted from this site
To be sitting there for the whole met with your fly open: That has to be embarrassing for Gogo!
@thelayoff.com how can I get in contact with someone about a deleted post with possible compromised or threatening racial slurs.
While someone was removed this week, and another IT significant bad actor was removed earlier this year, it’s the fact they were allowed to run for so long. B**n ran wild since he started and only had his visibility/responsibilities reduced until there was no other option. ExCIO used his ambition and drive to build a pile of bodies to stand on for 12 years - it wasn’t a secret. He had clear favorites that were consistently tapped for development and everyone else was irrelevant.
Too little too late, you are bleeding all of your experienced people and those remaining want to leave. Pretty sure no promotions across the board, i know there are no promotions in commercial. MH has destroyed his workforce.

Bravo!
GO GO talking about BT as a success 🤣🤣🤣. They are now looking optimising positions at sites . Review and optimise all GM’s in BT team .
Chucky cheese we know you are here communicating and passing comments Townhall is awesome , keep su-king up to GO GO .
First time here and I am loving it!
I think mentioning this site is not professional. Some might even perceive weakness. You might never witness professionals looking as weak and fragile.
If I was god all mighty, I would run experiment to see the impact of group of circus clowns vs current leadership.
Town Hall was awesome!
While the past 4-5 years have been challenging and frustrating for me as an employee at Phillips 66, what I heard today from our CEO I thought was positive. It made me feel much better about the future. It’s obvious from what he said, they are taking into consideration reports of bad actors and investigating them. We saw one very high level person removed this week. I’m not sure there will be a clean sweep of everyone we might want changed, but maybe some of these people will be more aware that these practices will not be tolerated anymore.
It is certainly positive that we will maintain our work from home policy, and VCIP will not be significantly impacted as a result of the lawsuit in California. With the recent election, the move away from fossil fuels is probably dead in the water, which is certainly positive for our industry for the future. It also seems like the new President is not excited about moving jobs overseas, which may curtail or drastically slow down those efforts within our company.
Very empowering. I feel energized to keep suggesting the things I've already suggested now.
Yeah, bold move sharing this site to the whole organization.
Now even more employees will view and post on this site! Heh, heh, heh.
Referencing this site by name at an event with thousands of viewers truly reflects the company's current atmosphere and culture.
Hey Marky Mark, your fly was unzipped during the town hall! Everyone saw it.
If have anyway to make 1-2 billion Mark will sign off on it immediately. Gotta recoup that 2 billion lawsuit somehow
In response to point B above, bad actors have been reported and investigated, are still being sh---y, AND getting promoted.
Since we know they read...
- Teleprompter on floor is bad - makes them look down all the time.
- Mark needs to work on his resting "droopy" face. Even he looked bored.
- Yay on the no change to WFH policies!
Hey Marky, people post about bad actors on here because:
A: they're worried about retaliation
B: bad actors have been reported, investigated and are still around being sh---y, so what's the point?
Culture is perception, not just what you say it is, you're doing a bad job influencing perception
But they read this website so hi guys.
What a waste of a hour. How much coach speak can one put in a presentation and still say nothing.
No one believes them. Sad they care more about what is said on here than in the employee surveys.
