Not paying bonuses will pi-s VMW people off and make them leave....no severance package needed. This is the way!

Former VMware will get a bonus if they are not on a SIP. Bonus payout will be Dec 20.

Your Bonus is that you haven’t been laid off yet, especially when there are more deserving people who poured their heart and soul into VMware for years only to have Hock show them to the door.

They're probably referring to the BU specific 50%, the VMware BUs may be missing their specific targets.

Not if you're former VMware. Just found out today.

Can anyone substantiate? I’ve heard this rumor before but am surprised how Broadcom can get away with this seeing as how there is doc stating that 50% of bonus is based on Broadcom overall performance.

The bonus is generally BU specific, so it is hard to say.
