It’s gonna be very under the radar if they do. Providers are threatening to end contracts if they don’t have enough staff to do the job. And don’t think they mean those offshore individuals. So they have to devise another way to get people to quit. Anyone metrics go up and are unsustainable .
You think by now we would have heard of something.
Check out the Optum subreddit. There are 4 new posts there from the last 24 hours from new employees hired at locations in the Philippines. They all talk about start dates between Thurs this week and Mon. If Optum is laying off stateside employees and replacing with offshore ones the timing might make sense.
Rumor has it will be a major RIF affecting state side employees.
