Too many useless departments and managers with no direct reports, or 30 year lifers with 2 reports. Low life’s who abused the system while providing nothing of value except brown nosing superiors. Keep the departments that’s bring in the revenue, service, commercial and sales. Others are fu--ing useless corporate drone positions su-king out 6 figure salaries and bonuses with no return.
Sciex R&D team in Concord definitely deserves a cut. Those guys are all talk and meetings and no one is doing the actual work which is why Sciex mass specs been going downhill.
