My group was ki-led in VOE for this very reason. I agree it’s hard to sell all this when the new guidelines coming out of this are kicking us all down

Three main reasons as I see it.
- ) No one knows what they are doing.
- ) MD are dishonest by default.
- ) It hard to figure out how to “sell” the message in a way that you look like you are doing the employees a favor all the while you are truly not.
