It doesn’t matter that you have proved to be a skilled, competent and productive worker. It’s about the bottom line, not you. It’s the fault of management, not us. Always remember that being laid off is not the judgment of your performance, but the performance of the company and its leadership. Mass layoffs are just proof that they are either incompetent or greedy or both. It’s not easy to lose the job, but none of us should lose confidence over that either.

Bahaaaa, I know the one you speak of, she’s awful. I worked with her a long time ago, so glad I escaped because I’m no good at kissing a-s. The leader needs to find a new right hand.
Stay far away from the Lewisville location unless you like high school drama! I'm leaving this place asap along with at least 10 others. We're called children, not even kidding. They've got a egomaniac running the show and everyone who doesn't play her game is outed. They just sent good talent packing, the culture they speak about is a joke. Over promise and undeliver and act like we don't have other options. They've got 1 manager no one wants to work for even her own people and another that doesn't know sh-t so this so called career progression is the biggest load of cr-p! Pull your head out Lewisville and start making decisions with your brain, yeah the one between your ears. I hope this place emplodes, where's the popcorn?
