so if people complain that they're being triggered by office talk about the election results and they feel the office is a threatening environment, they probably could get remote again. Seems like companies would fall for this tactic.

Results were almost perfect. Who could be upset !
@1bra+1vsBrvn1, you are so r8ght and favorites won't be punished but anyone they don't like will. It won't be fair at all. Apply for new jobs and info asap. This co pany is full of lying leaders. You cant trust any of them.
Get your butt back to the office and quit your whining!
The slumber party is over.
that 2021 stuff won’t work now. Trump era now
5 days in office and 2 WFH?
Give it up y’all. They want you to not turn up so they can fire you with a more grounded cause. They don’t give a sh-t about providing you a safe space (not saying you need one, just the argument you’re making). Heck they don’t give a sh-t about you in general! The best we can hope for is churn at the top and with a lot of managers. Or even better catching a layoff and severance. It’s all down hill from here. If you think it ends differently, you haven’t been paying attention.
we need a safe spot from all the rhetoric and home is the best place for us...it will work. Just write your left wing congressman in your state.
Not going to work. Dell will just start firing people for it. One of the VPs last week made a comment that let everyone know he is against the incoming president and upset on the results. This was a recorded call.
Brilliant!
Great idea! Play up the snowflake factor. I might steal this lol
less a tactic if it actually occurs
