I was told no raise on 2023 unless one got promoted..? I sense it is no the case anymore..

Total dog sh-t. Got 2.4 for a 3 rating, despite having great performance as always, which previously got me a 4 rating. Then id--t CEO announced giant $15B stock buyback...what a total ja----s move.

The one who did terrible design reviews, couldn't answer technical questions, yelled by the Sr. Directors, bad-mousing coworkers and dismantled a good team, still come work late and sit in cafeteria eating earlier lunch everyday for a couple of years? just because he is new grad. which usually helps the manager's job security?
