Where is our CIO? Sum finance man is doing it not good for technology

Qualcomm doesn't view IT as valuable organization- more like a necessary expense. Few meaningful opportunities in IT - not a place to stick around unless you pucker up. Don't expect the new CIO to be any better than the last one (or two). Reporting to a CAO stinks -
It has been months and no CIO replacement - IT is reporting to the CAO. Looks like Qualcomm IT was just downgraded as an organization so not a great place to look for career opportunities!
Is this true? Was the CIO terminated?

Cisco got axed because he was an absolutely awful CIO. He was the definition of failing upwards.
