Grandpas in my team at discover are naasty. They don’t do any coding. There are couple of principal engineers who keep talking shiit about newer members of team.
Atleast 3 younger application engineer team members have left because of one faghot of old grandapa principal engineer who seems to have swallowed bitter gourd through has @şs. He is very rude and has pos attitude.
I’m also thinking about leaving as capital one bank and card system is far better than discovers.
But finding a job in this market and year end is next to impossible.
