People come hear to learn about layoffs in different teams to see if there is potential impact on them, not bi--h about Managers, the CEO etc.

Toxic, bad workplaces with psychotic managers, low salaries, low or nonexistent bonuses, no promotions, manager incompetent, toxic HR policies etc. Feed the vicious cycle of Layoffs and each of these elements compound and feed each other in a vicious cycle. Citi, Citi HR and the "Managers" are Dense Cret!n Dod0 Birds who can Not see the connections between these elements.

@OP, IMHO, chatter about management's competence is totally on-topic. Poor decision making leads to operational inefficiencies, low morale, low productivity, brain drain, layoffs, etc.
