If you're not looking for a way out, what are you doing?

Im just doing my job, earning a good pay check, and having a great manager. Also the next two management levels above are great. I don’t like RTO and all the layoffs, but it’s still kind of my dream job and I’m very much thankful I got it in the first place. I worked quite hard to get where I am (just a little manager though). If I would get more resources to actually implement my stuff (and not being forced back in the office) I would be very happy.
I agree that 3M is probably going to break up soon, but I'm the meantime I can collect a paycheck without working too hard, because there's no plan and no structure and everything is falling apart and so nobody cares what I'm doing.
i quiet Quit while collecting the monthly pay cheques. no complaints.
The only ones who benefit here are the handful at the top.
