dont take no for an answer,just barge into his office with i wont take sh!t attitude.Im sure he wil see you mean buisness
If you ping him of try calling him you may be fired pretty quickly. Calling him on his actions will do nothing. He knows exactly what he is doing. It's what's good for him.
I think a coworker did this once and was gone the next day.
Send MD a Teams invite with the Subject: "Business Update"

He does all the time in the office. He's approachable, you just can't go to him like an id--t. He'll chat briefly, take photos etc when he's in the halls, not something a lot of other CEOs will do.

He won’t speak individually to an employee, he can’t place himself as a worker grunt.He is so out of touch with what normal people do and deal with everyday.He is a true elitist that, is the problem with companies they have no reality with people beneath them.
