Where will the cuts go. If on one hand the company is making reductions but then asking everyone to embrace AI..... this will drive further reductions.

Except AI genuinely doesn’t make a developer more productive for most tasks.
But Rajat either refuses to hear that feedback or isn’t told by his yes men.
Their (stated) vision is to use AI to help developers become more productive. For example, a target 25% increase in productivity compared to a few quarters ago, followed by an additional similar target increase in productivity a few quarters after that.
Visa shareholders demand their return on investment profits unless Visa becomes private, Visa can concentrate more on long term innovation and less firings
