Transport from home to the office is more than an hour which is remote approved. Will that change this year for inside sales?

This is so readily obvious to anyone who's even bothered to look at the job market.
Dells pay is lackluster at best and working there has zero perks. Never understood why people stay for 10-20 years other than lack of ability to get out.
Remote will not exist unless you have a specialized role that it’s rare to find talent for. That’s likely in the AI field.
Yup I moved to afford to buy a house and not live in a shack in round rock Austin. I 2as close enough that IF I wanted i could go in 1 time a week cause Michael Dell said, we will never require mandatory in office time. I got my land and I'm not moving now. Thats why I'm looking for a new job and lots of companies in austin have 3 day hybrid and pay WAYYYYYYYYYYYY more than Dell. Trying to land one is the key now. I could care less about cr-ppy dell.
