How Walgreens has had two of the absolute worst CIOs back to back? Hsiao and Neal are literally the most tone deaf, self centered, arrogant, and ill equipped CIOs to have ever held the position. How could Walgreens have made this bad of a choice twice, back to back???? Is anyone paying attention??

Neal did the same thing! They pretend how nice they are, then replace their friends with you! Be careful with Neal! Keep always your distance! Remember, Neal and Tim are here to make money, and enjoy their life. Tim and Neal are friends!
Roz was basically another Kamala. Awarded a role she wasn't qualified for (selling coffee is not the same as prescriptions), and propped up with a bunch of false imagery. Lots of magazines and awards for being a top black female CEO.....but accomplishments, well none. Our country has to recognize you don't award for race, gender, s-xual preferences. You award for performance, skill, and accomplishments. It's what makes America great.
Tim is nothing better than sh****t. He keeps lies and he doesn’t know our business. Yesterday town hall was just waisting our time. On Kayla’s speak was great, she has potential to be our new CEO!
It is a controlled demolition. The CEOs are simply puppets designed to distract and say word salad.
I came from an organisation that outsourced to Ireland the IT functions - they were reliable - but all on-shore US IT staff was eliminated.
Please please don’t compare yourself with Amazon Tim, with nothing!!!!!
@1wuc+1vrC1pAq That's by design. That way they don't have to actually answer all those "hard questions" he insists we ask.
Don't you all remember last year when Tracey said to "ask the hard questions" and then got super pi---d off when someone actually did?
He rambles so much about nothing there is never any time for the other people. There is also little to no time for Q&A.
He meet other CEOs to learn from them to see why he is keep failing. He is useless!! He doesn’t know what he is doing!
Who said we should return our bonus!
Shut up Tim! He is talking b**s
How he create fake stories
Neal is tone deaf and too focused on self promotion. Hasn't delivered a single IT improvement since arrival. Board needs to be wiped clean, and someone needs to question this comp packages being given to CEOs who deliver nothing (Roz and Tim). Reward the employees, hire the best talent (regardless of race, gender, or s-xual preference) abandon DEI, and do something to "move the needle". Sell Boots. Walgreens never should have went global, they've never even figured out how to act like a gloabl company. "Turn the page..."
If you haven't already figured it out - involvement of staff in Ireland relates to some kind of corporate accounting scheme. So IT work can be "built" and accounted under a more favorable regulatory setting.
Neal only thinks about Neal. Neal only cares about Neal. Neal only talks about Neal. When employees are worried about their jobs, Neal is focused on his dad's patent. What a pathetic dude.
Neal is Tim’s best friend. I can't believe he presented in the town hall meeting with a screenshot of his dad’s patent. What was the purpose of that? Wouldn't it have been more appropriate to cancel the town hall if there weren't enough materials to present? The presence of the representative from Ireland was also perplexing. What exactly was his presentation about? I noticed several attendees from Ireland; how much did Walgreens spend for them to attend? I thought budget constraints limited domestic travel, yet these individuals came from Ireland. Couldn't they have participated remotely for a town hall that seemed to lack substance?
Same way they’ve had 2 of the worst CE0s back to back- R & T. Complacent & compliant Board.
