Yes. It will be at a factor of 30%.

20-30% is possible given 20% of the funding is based off nps.

Heard it’s 30%. But have to see if that sticks over next few months. Could be worse given the circumstances.

Operating profit target for bonus is set at the beginning of the year, unlike guidance on corporate earnings, is not adjusted based on poor performance, decisions or external factors. It doesn’t matter if it was not your fault, your departments fault, your business units fault or he-l if you don’t think it was the companies fault that they fell short of the target.

The fact that the company negatively adjusted guidance on earnings every quarter… should be as much of a signal as you need that funding will be very very low.

They did make one change this year that flattened and elongated the curve around funding & +/-% to target. Funding starts at a further point short of target and maxed at a further point above target… make me hopeful (lol) that it won’t be 0% but still expect well below 50

Bonus will likely be zero...the company is facing some serious issues and the last thing they can afford is paying a bonus for poor results. No it's not the fault of the employees but the results have gotten progressively worse and with the massive amount of debt plus nearly 3 billion in dividend payments there is no money.

I would not expect a bonus to be honest. The results do not support one and would be shocked if the board approved one. Perhaps an across the board nominal amount but no where near 70% as someone mentioned.

IT, Analytic, Strategy, and so on. Grade not end up as 1 in front.

None of you deserve a bonus.

Bonus decision is made by the board of directors. It is based on performance against goals and financials.

I would suspect that at best 50% would be paid.

It’s going to be funded at 71%

IT and the people with premium grade will still have bonus, not sure about other grades employees. Last time I got about 70% (company and performance) but the IT folk I asked still got his 100% payout
