Any more info on when will the field engineers going to be replaced by Unisys?

Dell use Unisys or Getronics in EMEA - not been sourced in house for over a decade
My guess is that Dell will sell the Field Services org to Unisys. At which point Unisys will take over all of Dell's break/fix work. Unisys will let go anyone they don't need and there will be no packages.
Because I’m applying for new jobs but don’t want to miss out on the package if the layoffs are planned very soon.
Why even bother asking such question?
