COP did it because they want people to quit. They acquired Marathon and have excess fat to cut and don’t want to pay to sever. P66 can’t afford to remove the WFH day, their ship is sinking.

WFH would have been more constructive if it was coordinated on the same days instead of giving full flexibility then complaining when employees use the flexibility.

Yet another example of a failure of policy due to poor execution.
