Redundancies in 2025 will NOT have enhanced redundancy payments. None. What will change. 16 per team lead at minimum. Expect 22 average. One senior per 32 agents. VTO offered for in service. Overtime banking for time off. Time to leave

I don't think they would announce that they'd be laying of people to the world. I wouldn't trust Google to have a proper answer.
