It seems the allocation to TSMC should stay. The allocation to Intel should go to TSMC if it adds more advance fabs in the US and Intel does not deliver as promised also.

i agree with the Mar 2025 timeline.
it took the 117th congress about that long to vote and send the America Rescue Act to biden’s WH.
the question is, do they outright repeal CHIPS act or reallocate that spending elsewhere for the 119th congress’ priorities?
