Best people for the job?

What a mockery to see “We got the right people for a tough job.” Jobs are filled through back channels and cronyism. Some will back stab to get assignments with greater visibility. When they get the assignment, they hide their incompetence. One of my project was tanked because they filled it with a person not fit for the job. Lost millions. All swept under the rug.

Laser focused? Well it sounds like marketing is parroting the usual management catch phrase.

As of last Tuesday, the meaning of DEI has changed from Diversity Equity Inclusion to Deport Every Illegal.

Please stop using the DEI acronym when referring to people that Didn’t Earn It.

They just hired some related under performing contractors at Shittech. There is no chance for anyone that is not related or connected. StEC is the worst I don't know how it survives. If this is exxons future it's sc--wed. Everyone who is related or friends covers for each other the rest are left on their own. Management let's this place run dysfunctional and doesn't care so I don't care.
