So this is actually shared on the Xerox investor profile site.
They are stating they can achieve operational efficiencies of $200, and lays out where those savings will come from, however not in details as to how many people, but removing duplicate roles is one of the key contributors as to why this merger makes sense.
Both XRX and LEX will have significant layoffs due to merger. Will move jobs from both entities offshore.
within 1-6 months of Xerox taking over, massive layoffs for sure...
