Happens all the time. Especially if you help any consultants - none of them do their own work, they are a dime a dozen.
It’s wrong to steal credit for someone else’s work. It’s also toxic to bring your ego to work like this. There is no I in team. Get your ego in check. We. We are creating something together. Not you. Just brag to your manager at your one on one about your accomplishments if you need to.
