Looks like they're going ARM and skipping over the possibility of picking up Intel IP for x86.
Not a surprise in the least given that they attempted to acquire ARM in 2020: https://nvidianews.nvidia.com/news/nvidia-to-acquire-arm-for-40-billion-creating-worlds-premier-computing-company-for-the-age-of-ai
And announced CUDA on ARM in 2019 (which Swan acknowledged in a quarterly update): https://nvidianews.nvidia.com/news/nvidia-brings-cuda-to-arm-enabling-new-path-to-exascale-supercomputing
If they are able to execute, the x86 pie will eventually be too small for both AMD and Intel.
Every technology companies try to compete with Apple. Why the he-l they bother about the bottom worst company with obsolete architecture? Think think and more think.
The id--ts at the top didn’t think it wise to keep up with the competition 10 years ago? Can they give their compensation back? They didn’t earn it or deserve it.
They are also partnering with Dell.
Intel is done.
Buh bye Intel!
Delisted from the DOW, soon to be delisted from NASDAQ.
The alliance with MediaTek seems to be a significant strategic move. The combined coverage will be far greater than x86 based system. It not only makes the merger with Intel more unlikely but also deter the competition from AMD.
Nividia is smart unlike the deluded smart people at Intel.
