Grishs is trying his best to fill all positions with foreigners. Taking the jobs away from people who have worked hard to bring the company out of the hole our first CEO put us in. Don't see Grishs taking a pay cut to help the company. Mark McCullum was a 100 times better CEO than Grishs will ever be

Weatherford is laying off American workers and sending work to India, thinking it will save money. It's a complete waste of money I spent many hours just trying to get Mumbai employees to try keep parts correct- almost an impossible task. They are sending all of the part creation Windchill work to Mumbai. Id--ts there never put specification sheets with components and leave most pertinent information out of the data.
Pi-s poor leadership on Grishs part, he is losing the people who know what the job needs and always hiring new VPs and other top officials. He delayed the workers pay raises till July so no one gets the benefit of them seeing they all are getting laid off.
It almost looks like insider trading since they started selling off the stock before it went from. $100. a share to $40

Dear Weatherford!! Get rid of Ramona Still!! That lady is a JOKE, a Tyrant, a Dictator, a Cancer. Absolutely NO Leadership skills.

This company culture is to hold on to BAD MANAGEMENT!! Slowly driving the business to the ground.

Weatherford is currently on round 3 of layoffs in Texas. The Huntsville plant has been hit the worst. That particular location has seen several GM’s over the past few years and the current one is their biggest joke of them all. Outsourcing overseas to India is their newest ploy and that is most likely due to the employee cuts, and poor management from the top down. Last few years Weatherford closed many locations & did not retain the key employees to keep their product knowledge for production and instead hired personnel for cheaper $$ and production has plummeted south in trending ways that are alarming.
