what is the point of reporting a toxic environment if nothing will be done, I been so proud to work at Baker but I am realizing that new management wants YES SIR, YES MA’AM people and whoever doesn’t FIT they will look at every little petty BS or make up false claims to get you out of the way, this is a shame because skilled people have walked away and more are on their way out, years of going above and beyond for people to come with with their heads the size of an Air ballon, granted with NO KNOWLEDGE of how sh$&t works, but their heads are so big that they are clueless on leadership skills and just put people down and disrespect the ONES WHO DO KNOW their sh$t…disappointing to say the least!!! Someone who pleads the 5th when asked about a person they worked with tells you how bad it was!! Uffff I can go on and on..

Do we get to reap the benefits or share in the rewards or is everything just extracted from the bottom and sent to the top. Better be buying into the ESPP!
Nothing will change until investors realize that stock price is only from massive personnel cuts (mostly those with experience) and work going forward cannot be accomplished with the inexperience or “Yes people” that’s left and don’t know how to be agile & solve problems.
Not until leadership at the top and all the underling minions are gone will the company change.
Just look at how the American people have spoken in the 2024 US elections reflecting the sentiment for change!
Bigger question is will board put in place leaders that will make the necessary changes or are they part of the corporate SWAMP?
Remember if change is not made, investors & customers will leave & BH will be left to wither!
