I'm super excited to think about the morale booster that will be and the money it cost for the speaker, that could have been used on a multitude of other things.
They will realize what an epic fail this is. So nice having to explain I took 6 minutes at 10am to use the rr because I had Mexican. No seriously we are getting asked what our unaccounted fors are. Worked here 30 years with high remarks and now explaining my bathroom habits.
What gets measured gets done...if the company has no actual way to measure performance, then by all means, measure "clicks"...
When the market is hot again, a lot of us can get out of here.
That will be the people who have brains that still function and aren't here to be on corporate welfare. For everyone else, you have these sh---y rules to police your bad habits with your parents who taught you nothing about life to drag everyone around you down into mediocrity.
So enjoy the lucky break while you can. Frank will get people to fire you and you can go find your next bullsh-t job if you're lucky or you can drown and get fired somewhere else too for being perfect sh*tbags 🫡🫡🫡🫡🫡
