This is the most dehumanizing and humiliating experience I’ve ever been through. I have great ratings. My manager won’t lift a finger to help me. I’m begging people to look at my applications. We are told by HR to call no one but then behind the scenes you are expected to network with everyone. People are cold and unkind. I genuinely hate working here. Wish I could afford to leave. I used to love this company.

If you have high ratings that means that you will be very valuable somewhere else, see this as an opportunity… you will look back in 6 months and say thank you for this reorg
IDT in the US is at a small number, and getting smaller. The jobs that are posted are very much already allotted for the few individuals left behind. Anyone have approximation on how many positions were eliminated?
Walk away, no good being so frustrated
Look around your neighbors or people around you - most likely none of them work for Shell! There is a life after Shell! I have secured a job with another company in 7 weeks and now just waiting for my 14 months worth severance package!
