It’s been falling behind all the competitors. What’s worse, there doesn’t seem to be any willingness to adapt to current demand and habits or to, god forbid, come up with innovative solutions. Whenever the need arises to demonstrate profit or prowess, leadership resorts to layoffs. I guess until the last employee switches off the lights.
