If the market makes a turn soon, do you think there will be Macy's layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Regardless of what the markets are doing there will be some layoffs. These will be mostly non store. A bit of reorganization that will see some of those that made it to manger and director levels by default will be let go. Many of them are just not producing, are not a good fit and never had really been expected to do anything more than filling a vacant spot. Those that leave will be no big surprise.
Yep i've seen bad actor get promoted to district teams and they couldn't manage their way out of a paper bag... a lot of them loser are know the axe is coming and trying to crawl back into the stores..
