Well this is why there are layoffs and town halls and emails from management . Back to back lawsuits showing the companies lack of integrity, and having no ability to follow any five pillars of anything. So they settle the ED denials and now the class action dummy codes . At this rate the bonus will be 10 bucks and your raise if any a surprise. Surprise we have to pay for our dishonesty. But keep telling everyone how great you are. There are a lot of other lawsuits coming up the pipe and many haven’t even been filed.

The metrics went up but the reason is why. Apparently providers have been calling the plan and expressing concern about all the layoffs. They were assured that certain departments would not have layoffs. Well I guess these guys went back to the drawing board and decided if they can’t layoff they will burn you out or you won’t meet the metrics and you be capped and harassed till you quit.
Yes, our metrics went up by…ALOT. There is no human way we will be able to meet them
Well did everyone metrics go up. Comment if your metrics in your department went up and what excuse was given. Whatever the reason it’s not what you think or maybe someone all ready caught on
Is it really a lack of integrity though or just the profit motive? The bullsh-t creed that we are making peoples lives better should be completely debunked, the organization is trying to maximize profits at the expense of quality healthcare. Of course they want to deliver quality care, but only if they can do profitably! I used to wonder why they are so cheap about annual increases and healthcare benefits when they earn billions of dollars every quarter. Now I know, they reinvest it into expensive advertising, they are on several channels constantly all day long, they advertise in sport venues all over the country, they are in business to make money. Let’s just be realistic about that and that they are not the good guys sending jobs overseas! Let’s hope the new president makes them pay higher employer taxes for the offshoring of American jobs!
