this has been in the cards for a couple years. not surprising. i suspect amd would've passed intel sooner had it been able to get more ws from tsmc. i suspect they get an allocation and that's it. anyone surprised by this has been spending too much time on circuit drinking the cool aid. anyone reading external info would've knows this was going to happen 2 years ago.
