My small team has a second meeting with someone from "Business Continuity." Now, we've got a scheduled meeting to complete a "Business Impact Analysis" form.
Is this a red flag?

BC and the BIAs are harmless and not attached to the drama lately. They have been in place for 10 years and simply meant to ensure there are plans in place for important functions (HQ shut down, disaster events). Don’t sweat it.
