What is it? We are told we are required to sign but a full disclosure has not been given yet. It’s up to our leaders to schedule 1on1s and disclose the strategy TO us, but no mention of it being given to us in writing. What is this? I’m worried they will try to make us forfeit our severance.

No idea what it is. No one on one was ever scheduled.
Then why have people sign it?
As a manager i can tell you I am just as confused as everyone. I don't know what to tell anyone. Them slides mean fu-k all to me and my team.
I got laid off from gp in the last big layoff at the end of August right when I hit my 10th yr anniversary. My managers didn't even know and she cried. I got my severance and I am looking for a new job. As difficult as the job market is, I still prefer not to go back to GP. To me they destroyed what TSYS was and their purchase of TSYS was just a money grab. Troy saw the position of CEO as a money grab and party Watson also was a money grab. None of them or the current leadership give a 2 cents about the employees. I am finding that when you make progress and give years, and earn your salary, they let you go to hire cheaper. No reward for hard work. So no I am taking my severance and moving on.
Its just based on the user feedback that they dont know much on what goes on in the company in terms of strategy. They are trying to be transparent about what the goal and roadmap looks like. Your manager will go over a slide with you explaining strategy about modernization, gp2025 initiative and ask if any questions or concern. Upper mgmt jst wants everyone to know what they are trying to do I think!
