Will there be any Helmerich & Payne layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Here is the issue. They made a bad decision. They could have gone in with Flexrigs but went at it at a two fronts. Aramco is a strange beast. So on the west side of the pond they didn’t count accordingly. US drilling has been pulling the weight but most of the departments not directly involved with us drilling have given up nothing. For what reason, I have no idea other than politics. HR, Finance, whatever they haven’t cut. It’s sad because they keep asking operations to cut to save these people but for what?
60 plus laid off this week. International cuts coming in a few weeks and more US cuts in 2 months
