Anyone feel this tool is not accurate? I've never been tracked before and want to do a good job. I always get my work done and have high remarks from my manager. But very worried how to work in this environment. Taking a toll on my mental health keeping up with this system.

What would count as suspicious?
What would raise suspicion??
Keep doing your work irrespective of tracking. I got coworkers who shoot the sh-t and others who are in one on one meetings with managers about problem merchants.
Then I have the guys who sit next to my row and gossip half the day. The people who aren't blatantly doing their jobs are the ones who need to worry.
Don't stress over things you can't control. If you know your manager knows you work and the function of your position, then there's nothing to fret over.
You're not that smart. It tracks clickers in patterns now and knows everything you do including takes screenshots to look at. AI is taking all of your useless jobs away over time.
Why stress over productivity when you can just buy an automated clicker? Seriously, turn that bad boy on for a couple of hours, grab a snack, and let it do the heavy lifting while you kick back and enjoy life!
Honestly, they’re not looking for productivity; they’re just hunting for an excuse to fire everyone and hit those short-term goals like it’s a game of Pac-Man. So why not let an innocent little gadget do the dirty work? Your clicker will be the unsung hero of the office, while you sip coffee and pretend to be super busy.
Remember, it’s not about working hard; it’s about working smart (or hardly working, depending on how you look at it)! So go ahead, unleash the clicker, and let the chaos unfold. Who knows? You might just end up being the office MVP—or the reason for the next round of layoffs! 😂
Your manager needs to come up with excuses why your team's numbers are too low. You can keep track of your work during the day and compare to the sapience results. Then you can tell your manager why the teams results are not as high as they should be.
In person collaboration is not tracked by sapience.
Agree, ignore it but yes it’s not accurate.
Ignore the tool. It’s not there to help you.
I'm (thankfully) no longer there - left a few weeks ago. Don't drive yourself crazy. IGNORE IT COMPLETELY. There are known deficiencies with Sapience. I remember saving a document I saved directly from Fuel of how the tool works and what those deficiencies are. If something raises suspicion, your manager will be contacted. As long as s/he knows what you're doing, those suspicions will be addressed.
