50 teledyne place one of the main Nashville locations and main dcs outside of Atlanta just got told their building is closing January 9th and moving everything to a smaller warehouse only 10+ year vets still have jobs everybody else is getting severance and the short end of the stick
HD Supply is cutting pay starting in May 2025. They are changing the way they go to market by placing sales people in different verticals, no more selling in different verticals.
They have letters out to over 400 sales people, that they are trying to find them a job in a vertical with HD, if not they will not have a job after July. Over 75 sales people have left the company because of the pay decrease, unreliable of job future, in the last 45 days.
The ship is sinking, but it will come back above water in probably 2 years.
There environment really feels like they are going to.. they are getting rid of high top sales reps by cutting their pay 60%~75%.. a lot of them are leaving or have left already.. they called some of us back to the office not all probably hoping we would quit it is looking bad.. they are changing everything pay structure etc.
