Over 1,000 employees are expected to be laid off indefinitely at the Toledo Assembly Complex as early as Jan. 5 due to a change in the operating pattern, according to Stellantis.
The company said they are moving from a two-shift to a one-shift operating pattern at the Toledo South Assembly Plant, resulting in "indefinite layoffs" of approximately 1,100 represented employees.
