Nippon was never going to keep their promises.

Well you all ask for it and you are about to get to experience the windfall behind all of your complaining. You should really pray that Nippon gets the deal completed so you can keep your job. This mentality is the very reason things are the way they are. Hope you all have the "soft butts to go with the hard heads!!!"

Thank you.

To our board of directors:
You have the next move. Do you want to output millions in legal fees for what may become a private vendetta?

White hard hats & clean orange clothing equals supervisors in those media pictures. Most of them own US Steel stock.

When your forced to attend a Nippon visit or sign a survey to support the Nippon deal, and all the news media just goes on and on about how workers support the deal. We need someone to step up and be brave.

Nippon - this steelworker doesn’t want your latest bribe. I’m already sickened by the millions you’ve poured into the media as well.

I have a better proposition. Why don’t you take CEO Burditt off our hands to run something you already own?

Nippon can make all the vows they want. Don’t they know we’ve heard the same thing over and over again for decades? Even if they put it in writing, they will be looking for legal loopholes the moment any document is signed. The only company we’ve seen even halfway trustworthy enough is Cleveland-Cliffs. I’ll take halfway odds any day over Nippon promising the moon.

The election is over and Nippon still isn’t listening to the majority of the steelworkers. They won’t listen at all if we allow them to own us.
