And those will be in BTC and KLTC? I am guessing the 3 month bonus is only thing in HC10…

Rumor is that raises will be much better this year due to many leaving to go to the tech companies who are hiring everyone they can get, especially experienced engineers. Raises for G will be 7.3%, VG - 8.5%, E - 9.5%, O - 10.5%. Of course, no raise for NI, and the three month bonus to quit for NSI. All of this assume you are not above your CL ref.

It will be the same excuse from HR and your manager as always. Benchmarking shows your salary is competitive. Excess cash does not go to employees. It goes to buy backs to pump up stock price so executive RSUs are worth more.

The truth is I cannot wait to hear what lame excuse they are going to use this time for mediocre,at best, raise/promotion plan will be presented for next year... friendly advice to HR: tone down the sugar coating, no one believes anything anymore, you got the fear factor working for your agenda anyway.

Don’t get your hopes up. Be grateful if it keeps up with inflation.

Expect it to be very similar to last year’s program. Discipline is the name of the game here. Even in great year doubtful we see big programs again. If you want a bunch of compensation, get to exec and load up on RSUs.

Any other answer here is fake. NSP program is being communicated later this month. Salary communication are early December. It was 12/4-ish last year.

Who knows I just want to be left alone and do my work. They keep pushing for more. They say you need to Excell and move into management. And not get piped for no reason.

Yes. There will be no increase this year.
Only PIPS will be given out.
You're lucky to have a job.
