How do we as Cisconians get together more and keep up with available AI/ML tools , other key skills to keep up with innovation areas and challenges to solve in the field, and train them to assist in our everyday job - any ideas?
No matter what restructure decision goes on at ELT level, knowing we are Ready to explore new opportunities might help alleviate the stress perhaps?

Take an AI crash course at University.
Then, when anyone asks you where you graduated from, you can say The University of xyz and avoid anyone knowing you only have high school on LinkedIn

There‘s a bunch of AI learning courses available for free at Cisco. Why do (supposed) employees are using this external platform to ask question that could easily be answered by using internal tools? I don‘t get it.
