Thread regarding Macy's Inc. layoffs

Recovery ,Recovery, Recovery

Does Macy’s believe in recovery??? Please tell me who is in charge of how the floor looks?? Departments are a mess…Ralph Lauren looking like a garbage dump??? I see associates wondering around the floor..why aren’t they talking to a customer or assigned an area to clean up and recover?? Who wants to shop when the departments look like they’ve been through a Tornado?? I don’t. At least Walmart is neat and organized. Maybe you can learn from them Tony Springer.

Let me guess ..You are probably the one productive employee and what do the others do?? Never mind no managers to manage them so why should they do anything? SMH

Recovery and putting away clothing in its proper place are 2 different things. They need to have someone to clear up the fitting room and put away clothes and generalists assigned to areas to recover. But most importantly which doesn’t happened at our store is managers or captains making sure that these people complete and do their job.

I do 20K to 30K steps attempting to recover our store every day. The piles inside clothing that are left in the fitting rooms and the endless items throw on the floor or hung in the wrong location are a daunting task.
Since I do not sell/directly produce revenue/credits, my position is just an afterthought. They do seem to care that the fitting rooms logs get signed without regard to whether things have been removed and correctly put away.
