When does a company shred workforce nearly by 50%..? I think more than a cost pressure situation it looks like a sell-out that is likely getting brewed.

Going to be broken into pieces. ISG high end to Nvidia; networking switching to Nvidia from Broadcom. Asus is taking CSG, relisted as US company and new merged company will be renamed to Dexus. Midmarket products dissolved entirely or taken under Dexus.

MD wouldn’t sell his shares if he was actively shopping the company. Shares will go for a premium. No company in their right mind would agree to purchase the company at the current share price which equates to just about 90B
