Do we anticipate layoffs in January 2025 based on the third quarter results?

I am aware that we have a townhall meeting next Wednesday, but are there any leaders who are seeing a trend of ranking employees and preparing for more layoffs?

Brick and mortar aren't the only part of the business. The brought in UHC because of Aetna.

Retail has its own problems where pharmacists last less than 6 months.
