I too celebrated when i left this horrible company. My new job is SO MUCH BETTER!!!
No more FA18s. Management quiet. They are laying people off 1 by 1 likely to avoid notification to the state.

Northrop Grumman AS sector is in trouble. What they are currently doing is sending people to the icebox like groups of eight telling them that they have 60 days to find a new job within the company or they are no longer employed with North Rob. they are trying to avoid doing layoffs because they don’t wanna pay any of the insurance or report to California because they don’t want the negative news that they mismanage one of the most important government contracts. When the technicians are pulled in with the manager and HR, they are not given any type of paperwork they are told. They are just to sit there until they can find work. This is totally unethical and I’m surprised that Northrop is allowing this type of treatment of workers to happen.
AOX in Devens Mass laying off second time in 2024, this time around 20 people. Hired middle managers to su-k up Pavlik and he fled the company in October.
Glad you found something better and are happier now. Myself I enjoy the work and the company.

Layoffs are happening in Space for support groups as Organizational Effectiveness. Because are not as big as previous layoffs, we are not hearing too much about it. I believe that next will be corporate and CIO.
2024 is not over yet. Might hear layoffs before the year is over.
