WTF? People are being let go in a WFR and Scannell says "We are hiring". Confirms it's a transition from seasoned people with high pay schedules, to new people with no technical background and 1/3rd of the pay. That's what a CIO of a company wants to hear before they buy millions in Dell equipment. Good Luck to all of you.

So what? 10 consecutive quarters of unprecedented economic growth, but pundits and CEOs constantly saying a recession is coming and using it as an excuse, then suddenly Trump wins and hours later the forecast is rosy again with no credit to Biden? I smell collusion among billionaires.
Dell is competing with Fast Food . Might as well. why go to college and waste the years
I was WFR after 20 years this summer, and I will never go back to Dell. Starting in a new company and industry has opened my eyes to how toxic and miserable it was inside Dell. I had no idea just how bad it was.
The amount of open reqs right now in sales is ridiculous. There is no real direction and it shows.

No. Job market has been picking up. '25 will ramp up again.
Look at the projections and earnings lately from many companies.
Dell will do a back track now on hiring and you will see more people jumping ship for better.
You will see a lot of 15-20y dell veterans trying to boomerang back as well
